Back of house composting, recyclable serviceware with guided recycle stations, and a partnership with Sharing Excess ensured leftover food was safely collected and redistributed after being kept at proper temperatures all day. The experience also featured a chef collaboration with Chef Dan from Farina Pasta, composted plant décor, and rented plants and trees returned to the greenhouse, proving that thoughtful planning can leave a lasting impact beyond the event itself.
